The 2025 MAPT Conference will begin on Wednesday, June 25 and will end on Friday, June 27, 2025. All meetings and workshops will be held at the Cadence Bank Arena & Conference Center in Tupelo, MS. We are bigger and better together as we combine the Director’s and Technician’s educational sessions into one action packed and agenda filled conference. Visit with on-site vendors, explore Tupelo, and join us at the 2025 MAPT Conference.

Conference Registration
The MAPT Registration Fee is $150.00 per person. For non-participating guests and spouses the fee is $45.00 for meals only. The form on pg 2 along with payment or PO # must be received by June 1, 2025. Checks should be made payable to Mississippi Association of Pupil Transportation. Vendor Registration
The MAPT Booth Fees are $500.00 for the 1st 10×10 space, $400 for the 2nd space, and $300 for each space there after. Please submit the form on pg 2 along with check payment by June 1, 2025. Checks should be made payable to Mississippi Association of Pupil Transportation. See the attached agenda for display and interaction opportunities. Registration Deadline: June 1, 2025

Bus Rodeo/ Golf Tournament /Conference/ Workshop
If you are interested in participating in the Bus Rodeo or Golf Tournament please be sure to register by the deadline, June 1, 2025. We encourage and challenge you to send two (2) participants from your district to participate in the Bus Rodeo. Let’s really see who’s the best of best when it comes to transporting our students!
