Sponsors Needed:

$550.00 – Corporate: Includes an appreciation plaque, hole sponsorship sign and a two-person team entry.

$150.00 – Hole Sponsor: A hole sponsorship sign.

GOLF TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION

Registration closes on June 1st, 2019. We must have an exact number of projected participants for the golf course facility to accommodate our group. If you wish, you may register as an individual and be assigned to a team.
