June 23 – 25, 2027 / Cadence Bank Arena & Conference Center, Tupelo, MS
The 2027 MAPT Conference will begin on Wednesday, June 23 and end on Friday, June 25, 2027. All meetings and workshops will be held at the Cadence Bank Arena & Conference Center in Tupelo, MS. We are bigger and better together as we combine the Director’s and Technician’s educational sessions into one action packed and agenda filled conference. Visit with on-site vendors, explore Tupelo, and join us at the 2027 MAPT Conference.
Step 01
Attending, or exhibiting?
Attendees register per person. Vendors reserve 10×10 booth space. A separate form is required for each person attending.
Step 02
Pay by card, or by PO and check
Card payment finishes online. Districts using a purchase order download the memo and mail it in. Checks payable to Mississippi Association of Pupil Transportation.
Step 03
Book a room, then add events
Tupelo hotels hold MAPT room blocks. Road-E-O and golf entries close with the vendor deadline.
